 Technical description:
- abric form made of a simple module;
- developed for molding in or out of water;
- polymeric combination of synthetic fabric: PP (Polypropylene)yarns, PEBD
(low density Polypropylene) and PA (Plastic), of 1200 denier internally twisted and retwisted nylon tensors (2mm);
- internal twisted nylon tensors (2mm) and 4.68g/m2;
- molded on site even in the presence of water with a specific pump,
movable, easily transported and 50mm pressure hoses;
- work with fine pre-mixed concrete with additives of different mechanical resistances;
- depending on the project dryers, water detours or pumping are unnecessary;
- can be made from 10 to 25 cm thick.
Exclusive micro filtering "uniflow":
- does not permit outside water to enter the fabric mold;
- is able to drain excess water from the concrete in the fabric mold;
- guaranteeing the quality of the concrete, texture, structure, traction
resistance and the compression and hardness tests..
COLCHACRETO type "A"
- excellent flexibility and adapts easily to soil movement;
- recommended for soil with a low support value, organic and even expansive.
COLCHACRETO type"E"
- rigid characteristics;
- recommended for soils with a good support value and good stability.
Rugosity coefficients (RM=Manning) for clean water:
- COLCHACRETO TYPE"A" = 0.022
- COLCHACRETO TYPE"E" = 0,020
Economy and resistance:
- negligible;
- mechanical resistance to pre-mixed concrete checked by a battery of tests;
- molded by a non-deformity system;
- submitted to hardness test by the SC-3 method of ABCP - Brazilian Association of Portland Cement.
